The General Assembly

All EAO full members are invited to attend the association’s general assembly every year. This meeting is held at the Annual Congress (or online in times when travel is not allowed).

Who can attend?

All EAO full members are invited to attend the General Assemblies. Members who cannot attend may appoint another member to represent them and vote on their behalf. The Proxy Form can be downloaded and sent to the EAO Office no later than 12 hours before the meeting.

2022 General Assembly

All current EAO full members were invited to attend the 2022 EAO Ordinary General Assembly which was held in Geneva on September 30th at 18:00.
